Elevator Motors/Materials Corporation (EMCO), in
addition to the LiftAire Series of elevator cab air
conditioners for passenger comfort and safety has
engineered the Coolvator Series of emergency power
supply package that will insure air conditioner operation
during power loss to the elevator and passenger entrapment.
In many elevator applications where loss of power
and air conditioner operation could jeopardize the
safety of the passengers, this is an essential component.
We have designed two models to meet these requirements.
Each is capable of providing a minimum of one (1)
hour operation of the air conditioner in the event
of power loss to the elevator.
The Coolvator CPV7
is specifically designed to be used in combination
with the LiftAire I elevator cab air conditioner.
The Coolvator CPV14
is specifically designed to be used in combination
with the LiftAire II elevator cab air conditioner.
Each model comes complete with control panel and
sealed battery supplies and is capable of being used
on new or existing installations.
